I'm a recent renter of a property that uses the Castel Cleaning Services. I'm also an avid baker who was stupid enough to remove my wedding rings to knead bread dough and managed to leave my rings at the rental house. As soon as I realized I reached out the the VRBO property manager who contacted the Castel cleaners. They found the rings, secured them across the weekend, and worked with me to get them shipped UPS back to me. To say Paulette in particular went above and beyond to help can't be overstated. The rings are safely back on my finger and I am deeply grateful for the professionalism displayed by all at Castel.
